After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will dispatch the items in 1-2 business days from our distribution centre in Queensland. A notification email will be send to you including a tracking number to track the status of your order as soon as we dispatch.
Free Standard Shipping for orders within Australia.
We are currently working with Australia Post for our deliveries. Your order will be send via Registered Australia Post that will require a signature at the delivery. Details for delivery times can be found at the Australia Post website or you can check by clicking on this link: http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/delivery-areas.html. The delivery times also depends on our stock availability, delivery address, public holidays and circumstances impacting delivery by the Australia Post. We are not responsible for any delays related to Australia Post, due to the process is out of our control. We may also use alternative delivery methods if necessary.
You can also choose Express Post delivery option at the checkout in order to receive your order the next business day within the Express Post Network. Orders need to be placed before 10am for next day delivery in metropolitan areas.
Shipping is currently only available within Australia or New Zealand.

Refund & Returns Policy
Providing high quality products to the customers is the most important value for Vinca Home. However, if for any reason you find that one of our products is faulty or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please email us at email@example.com we would like to help you resolve the problem.
Unused items in original packaging and condition can be returned upon providing the proof of purchase, within 14 days of the date your delivery being received. For items have a manufacturing fault you can choose a refund or exchange. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been used or damaged after delivery. Please choose carefully when selecting your products such as towels, quilt covers, peshtemals as if they are used or not in original packaging there is no exchange or refund due to health reasons, unless the product is faulty. Change of mind returns via post will be at the customer’s cost and we recommend that you return the product via Registered post in case of any risk of loss or damages.
Please note that we cannot make changes to an order or transaction once payment has been processed and the order has been closed.
